Secretariat Administration

We provide a diverse suite of professional administrative services to a number of government, not for profit and private sector organisations.

Our service provides for the smooth operation of a range of organisations, often bridging a resource gap or taking on roles that fall outside of core business.

Our clients find that delegating the coordination of secretariat functions to us, allows for their focus to remain on content and core business.

Meeting coordination & Facilitation Services

We will take the headache out of all your meeting needs. From scheduling meeting dates, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, researching, creating and distributing agendas, meeting facilitation to ensure a productive use of time, minute taking, transcription services, preparation of client reports – the list is endless and the dedicated team is here to help.

Corporate Governance advice and coordination

Corporate Governance refers to those principles, systems, processes and policies that an organisation sets in place to protect and manage their resources.

Governing bodies determine governance policies and processes to ensure that organisational goals are met. These policies and systems then act as a measure of performance. Governance also incorporates ‘best practice’ principles that are compliant and conform with current industry standards.

We can work with your organisation to develop systems for your business that result in ‘best practice’.

Committee coordination

Committees can often require a large resource investment and as a result many organisations prefer to utilise an independent, professional organisation to assist in the coordination of their various committees.

We can provide you with all of your planning and processing requirements, manage meeting documentation, including agendas and meeting papers, provide effective Chairing and ensure that your committee achieves its objectives.

We can also arrange a suitable venue, organise catering, coordinate dinners – many of the time consuming activities that distract organisations from their core function.

Professional Manuals & Newsletters

Our qualified team can write your manual or design, research and edit your newsletter.

Our high professional standards, commitment and experience will ensure that your objectives are met in a timely manner to the highest of standards.

We listen and then produce documents that reflect your specific needs.

Document production and transcription services

SM&c can organise all of your financial planning needs. We utilise the expert services of Michael Loizou of Capital Results Pty Ltd, an authorised representative of Consultum Financial Advisers.
